Welcome to Svalbard! Our adventure starts in Longyearbyen, Svalbard’s vibrant center, setting the stage for our journey. We will stay at the cozy and unique Arctic hotel, known for its excellent local cuisine.This evening, we will settle on a place for dinner, become acquainted with our fellow travelers, and share our expectations for the upcoming days.
The day starts with a nourishing breakfast, preparing us for a hiking day in the Arctic’s untouched wilderness. Today takes us to the impressive slopes of Fuglefjella, where we’ll have the opportunity to experience the distinctive nature of Svalbard and its rich birdlife. Our journey will take us through valleys and over mountains, and with a bit of luck, we might encounter Arctic foxes, reindeer, and various birds. The hike offers a variety of views and terrains, providing both a physical challenge and a sense of tranquility, fostering a deeper connection with nature. We have the evening to ourselves, with the opportunity for anyone interested to venture out and discover the cosy local pubs.
Today, we’re heading for a kayaking adventure in the heart of the Arctic – an unforgettable experience that takes us through icebergs and allows us to observe glacier life up close. It’s a moment where you feel like you’re on the edge of the world, surrounded by the breathtaking power of nature. Previous experience isn’t necessary; a professional guide will ensure a safe and enjoyable journey. Our guide will share insights about Arctic nature and help you notice the small details. During the day, we’ll stop for lunch to enjoy a warm lunch and soak in the views. The evening is yours – take this opportunity to relax by the fireplace at our hotel or continue exploring the town with your fellow travellers.
Today you have the freedom to choose how to spend your day. Explore the Svalbard Museum, take an electric bike tour around the island, or discover local history by visiting the old coal mine in Longyearbyen. Visit the world’s northernmost floating sauna where you can take a refreshing plunge into the Arctic Ocean after a relaxing steam. In the evening, we have a boat tour planned, taking you directly into the heart of Svalbard’s glaciers, wildlife, and expansive landscapes. Each evening, the ship’s captain selects a different destination, providing a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of the Arctic, and with some luck, we may encounter seals, whales, or seabirds along the way. During the excursion, we’ll pause to enjoy a warm soup dinner, surrounded by the tranquil silence and breathtaking views.
In the morning, you have the opportunity to enjoy the last moments on this distant and mystical island, reminiscing about the shared adventures and unforgettable experiences Svalbard has offered. Then the bus will take us to Longyearbyen Airport.

The international flights are not included in the package, and the reason for this is that we want to give you total control and flexibility on how you manage your schedule! It gives you the freedom to join our trip from any location, arrive earlier, or extend your vacation after our trip!
